Tiziano Bianchi only wants one thing—to have a woman that cannot leave him. Unfortunately, the only way he knows how to do that is to buy one for himself.

The only person he knows who can help him with this is Gavino Santoro, the head of the Zanetti famiglia. Gavino’s help comes at a hefty price.

Maci Marshall has never been free. She’s lived a life of poverty and fear, ultimately ending in being kidnapped and given to the Zanetti famiglia to do with as they please.

One look. That's all it took for her to decide that perhaps being kidnapped wasn’t such a bad thing. Her sense of fear takes a backseat as her desires take control. Tiziano is different. He's alluring and dangerous, mixed with powerful and dominant.

Is the cost of what Tiziano craves too high a price to pay? Will he lose his entire birthright, betraying the Bianchi famiglia in order to get the wife he desires? Two people enter into a life-long contract—one where Tiziano is an owner and Maci his property.

 

 

My Thoughts:

Tiziano is trying to do what’s best for his future.  Maci is hoping for better things to happen.Our author has done two things for us.  First she found a way to include, in a small way, her Savage Beast MC series.  Then she shows how different the lives are for people that live in the Famiglia Zanetti world. 

 

That was a nice combination – the blending of two different worlds.  But then she puts in a twist that could change the future of her main characters.  That’s the point where you may not be going anywhere because you don’t want to miss a thing.  She shows how tough it is for those in that line of work.  I think this one humanized them the most.  The men are tough when needed and soft and caring when it comes to family.  We watch Maci grow throughout the story.   

 

When I got to the end, I got no indication of the series being over.  It was a nice way to end our introduction to Tiziano and Maci.  The author gives us a nice treat by including a short story.  All I’ll tell you is that Tiziano makes an appearance.  So, only time will tell if there will be another story in our future. 

As an only child, Hayley Faiman had to entertain herself somehow. She started writing stories at the age of six and never really stopped.

Born in California, she met her now husband at the age of sixteen and married him at the age of twenty in 2004. After all of these years together, he’s still the love of her life.

Hayley’s husband joined the military and they lived in  Oregon,where he was stationed with the US Coast Guard. They moved back to California in 2006, where they had two little boys. Recently, the four of them moved out to the Hill Country of Texas, where they adopted a new family member, a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.

Most of Hayley’s days are spent taking care of her two boys, going to the baseball fields for practice, or helping them with homework. Her evenings are spent with her husband and her nights—those are spent creating alpha book boyfriends.
