BLURB:
As dragon shifters, Remy and Philippe had spent their lives searching for their perfect mate, and in Lilly Montague, they found her. But enemies from their past are threatening their happiness. Dragon law dictates that they must meet the issued challenge and face their enemies in battle. But when Lilly sees them in Dragon form, will she be able to accept them?

EXCERPT:
The softness of the bedding was the sweetest torture against her skin. Even her sense of smell was heightened. She could smell him on her skin. “I’d rather have you to keep me warm,” she said. “Right now, I’m
not just warm, I’m hot. Burning up.”
“That’s the potion talking,” Philippe said, stripping out of his
clothes and joining her on the bed.
“What the hell was that anyway?” Lilly asked.
Remy answered, “It’s an old charm, an aphrodisiac made from
roots and herbs, with a bit of magic tossed in. The nightshade was added to it to also give it a sedative effect, which I imagine is why you are having such a difficult time moving. If it was a small dose, it should wear off soon. I think it’s beginning to already.”
“How long does the other effect last?”
“It’s hard to say... perhaps a few hours. Perhaps until tomorrow. It can be very uncomfortable,” Philippe responded, his fingertips trailing over her exposed skin. The lightest of touches, it still had her reeling. “It heightens every sense.... taste, touch, smell. Everything you experience, whether it is pain or pleasure, will be more intense.”
Remy glanced at Philippe and smiled. “We’re going to be in for a very long night.”
Lilly shivered as she felt Philippe’s lips against her neck. He kissed the mark there. Though it was always sensitive, she was unprepared for how the potion would magnify that. Her blood raced through her veins. Everywhere he touched her seemed to arc directly to her core until, with no more than a kiss, her body was weeping for him.
“Kiss me,” she urged.
Philippe moved above her and claimed her lips in a slow, languid kiss. It defied the rage that burned inside him at what had almost happened. But having Lilly taken from them, even if only for a short time, had given him the need to show her how much he treasured her. With his lips, teeth, and tongue, he played at her mouth, delving inside and then retreating, only to nip her lower lip. Her answering moan was all the encouragement he needed to keep going. Behind him, he could hear Remy disrobing. They truly would be in for a long night. The drug could take hours to work its way out of Lilly’s system, and until then, she would crave their touch as she never had before.
Leaving the lushness of her delicious mouth, he trailed hot, wet kisses along the column of her throat until he reached the upper swells of
her breasts. Her nipples were pebbled and begging for his touch. Mindful of how sensitive she would be, he traced the hardened buds lightly with his tongue, gentle but insistent. She moaned loudly, her back arching slightly. He cupped her other breast, teasing the nipple delicately, rolling it between his fingers until she screamed his name. When he felt the bed sink beneath Remy’s weight, he trailed his other hand over her belly, down to the soft, damp slit. As he traced the hardened bud of her clit, he felt Remy part her thighs wider, parting the pink lips of her sex. To keep her from screaming, Philippe kissed her again as Remy plunged his tongue into her.

She loves connecting with her readers & hearing from anyone!

My Thoughts:
This is a book that is a contemporary tale with a paranormal twist.  The Summoning is a continuation of the relationship of two men and a woman; Remy, Philippe, and Lilly.  You don’t need to read book one but for me, the story makes more sense if you read these books in order.  Some of the sex is MMF and some of the language may be graphic.  Someone who tends to like their sex vanilla may not enjoy this story.  But if you're willing to take a chance, Seraphina may change your mind.  And make sure to pay attention to Lilly's bath scene - made me sorry that I take only showers.
If you are willing to expand your reading horizons, you can’t go wrong adding this book to your library.   Seraphina has left me wanting to read more about Cajun men who are more than human.  Being that this is part of a series, and if you enjoyed Dragon’s Lair, you will want to watch out for the next book.  I highly recommend that you pick up this book especially when you need a quick read.

Excerpt:
Tomasz gazed at her, barely able to breathe, let alone speak. Her half closed eyes burned into him. He gazed deep into them for a moment, falling into them, then his attention fell to her hand, still resting on the damp silk mound of her pussy. Her breathing was labored and heavy, her lips, soft and red, parted. His hand cupped the bulge in his perfectly pressed trousers, slowly stroking along the length of its hardness but he couldn't stop.

Her eyes locked onto the movement of his hand. A smile that was halfway between an angel and a slut spread over her face. She looked up and her eyes met his again, hers burning with a fire that held his gaze, and she slipped her fingers inside the dampness of her panties, gently sliding a single fingertip over her still pulsing clit. A soft moan escaped her parted lips like a whispered invitation.

He stepped forward and cupped her face in his hands, gazing even deeper into the post orgasmic haze of the infinite depths of her green eyes. She looked up at him, inviting his kiss, wordlessly, and with her other hand reached for his hand, the hand that was slowly, rhythmically, rubbing up and down the aching need of his rigid cock. She flattened her palm on his and moved with him.

They kissed, no words needed, his mouth on hers, but hers the more powerful, needing to own and control his mouth, her tongue seeking out his. Her hand pressed against his, taking control of his movement now, slowing it so that she could feel how long and hard he was. And he was, so very hard, and long. She wanted that, she needed that, in her, fucking her. She pulled his hand up over his confined erection, slowly, so that they both felt the total extent of his arousal, and then pushed it more forcefully down and out of the way. He complied totally with her direction .He was hers now, hers to play with, to use. The kiss intensified, and her fingers unzipped him, reaching in, finding and grasping him. She felt the wet silky tip of his cock under her fingers as she undid his belt with her other hand, unbuttoning and freeing it so that she could wrap her fingers around the full length of him.

Then he lifted her, his hands on her hips, up onto the tabletop, and pulled himself closer to her. She responded, wrapping her legs around his waist as her fingers eased aside the wet silk of her panties. She guided the moist head of his cock to rub against her clit, still tingling and pulsing, before she slid it lower to rest, achingly, against her pussy lips. She denied him entry, her hot, wet labia brushing, teasing him. Her hand wrapped around him stopped him from thrusting into her, despite his burning desire now to just fuck her hard and fast and unload his tight balls deep inside her. She kept him there, for just a few seconds that seemed like hours to him. She let him enjoy the wet kiss of her pussy lips on the moist tip of his cock, savoring the moment before she let his thickness disappear into her, before she let him become enclosed in the hot, wet embrace of her cunt. She was going to ride him to heaven and he was going to love every second of it.

About The Author:

Faberge Nostromo grew up in the East End of London before escaping to East Anglia. He has been a civil servant, a tea boy, sound engineer, a librarian and an IT consultant but always knew that he was a writer. He now lives deep in the heart of Suffolk with his wife, son and too many guitars.

My Thoughts:
The Prologue starts off in a way that I never expected - I had to actually go back and read it again because I wasn't sure that I had read it correctly.  Dan is relaxing at the bar after having a great time with some buddies.  He gets a really hot kiss from a stranger.  What a really hot way to start a book off.

Tomasz Burmeister owns a business called Trans-Action.  He's seen flirting with a customer named Danielle Danilova.  Danni seems a little nervous but Tomasz knows what he wants.  Even though they've just met there seems to be a real chemistry between the two of them.

Francine owns her own pastry shop.  Then he walks in and orders a latte.  He also asks for something special for a special someone.  For Francine, he's very dream worthy.  Faberge makes Francine very human by having her fantasizing about a stranger she just met.  How many of us do the same thing?  She also seems to have an issue with her significant other - he never seems to be around hardly at all.  His work seems to take up a lot of his time.

Tomasz and Danni are very sexual - make sure to have your fan handy because the scenes are really hot.  If you need some dream material, this book will have you set for weeks if not months.  This is not a book that you want anyone to read over your shoulder.

There is one song that seems to be a favorite.  If you grew up in the sixties, you will know who Peggy Lee is.  If you would like to see how she sings the song "Fever" you can check it out on YouTube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5Uw1lJ2C9U (this was done when she was on the Andy Williams show).

This book taught me something that I never knew before - what a Tgirl is.  Besides having a lot of great sex, Fabrege gives us a great story that plays like a movie in your mind.  It also has a very interesting ending.  It makes me want to go and catch a show at Trans-Action.  Then I got a surprise when I read the Biography.  I never realized how prejudiced I was about who writes the better erotica.  Fabrege has changed my mind.  I look forward to reading more of his work.

Freaky Flashes Anthology

This is an anthology of 13 short stories for Halloween.  I felt that this book was more of a teaser than an anthology.  It left me wanting to know more of the story that I was reading at the time.

Some of the stories are written in the first person, some tales are M/M, and one made me think that it was a great horror piece.  Hank Edwards' tale The Sum of His Parts had me think modern day Frankenstein.  Haven Fellows included herself in Writing is a Socially Acceptable Form of Schizophrenia - totally original and left me wondering if she has other books that she's in.

The one story that had me confused was Raven McAllan's tale That Special Feeling.  I loved the idea of the story but found some of the sentences confusing and not making sense.  She had another tale Spin the Bottle that had me wanting to read more of the main character's story.

There isn't just one story that was my favorite.  They were all totally different.  Some were more paranormal than Halloween themed.  It left me wanting to know more about the authors and what other books they have written.  It's a book that you can read all at once or if you want to prolong your enjoyment, limit yourself to one short story a day.  When I say they are short stories, they are truly short stories.  They are written in just a couple of pages.  With Summer upon us and vacations around the corner, this would be a perfect beach read.

In Blue Poppy Fields by Ciaran Dwynvil

Part I, Guardian Demon
Publication Date:  March 19, 2013
Pages:  631 KB/339 pages (e-book)
Rating:  4 stars

Jacinto Telmo has passed away and Adhemar Lebeau doesn't know what to do.  Adhemar is a performer and this is not his expertise.  We can all understand his pain.

Sanyi Arany is a fan of Adhemar's.  The authorities come pay a visit to Adhemar.  They have interesting ways to make people talk.  It reminds me of some of the old movies I used to watch.  It also reminds me of some of the bad things that happened in history.  This is part of what we learn about Adhemar.  Society can be cruel but then you will see that things get better.

The reader is given a first hand account of what a strong-willed person sometimes has to endure to survive.  You'll also see what others will do in order to help.  It's also a journey of someone who is changing who he is.

I have to say that one of my favorite characters was Vincent.  He's a caring, compassionate man who also has a lot of patience.  You'll see that he cares a lot about both Sanyi and Adhemar.  He is one that I hope to see again.  I was left wanting to know what becomes of him.

This story does have love between two men but the way that Ciaran created his characters they could be anyone.  Love comes in all different forms and it's also about bringing pleasure to your partner.  Enemas can also be used for a partner's enjoyment.  As a reader, open your mind to the different forms of sex that Ciaran writes about.  It is part of who his characters are.  We should always expand our horizons and one way to do that is through the books we read.  You also tend to forget that the story is paranormal.

The ending surprised me - not telling, you'll have to experience that for yourself.  I was left with my mouth open and wanting to know what happens next.  But then I find out that there's a part two.  If you go to http://www.ciarandwynvil.com, you can see what books he has written and to keep an eye out for what he has in store for his readers next.

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
