My Thoughts:
Whitney Gable gives the reader a glimpse into her past. That’s why you don’t start a trilogy at the
end. Lincoln Riscoff shows the reader
his pain. If you want to understand how
it all started, you need to go back to the beginning. And if they can’t convince you that this is a
story that must be read in order, there’s a secondary character that may be
able to sway your decision.
This is perfect soap opera material. It has more twists and turns than a
rollercoaster ride. At one point it
comes to a stop and a mystery is revealed – and the twists just kept on coming. Then the plot thickens – the only thing
missing was the music. One thing that
carried through was how much our main characters loved each other. This is one of those books where you just
can’t turn away, even for a second, in fear that you might miss something. There’s a lot of juicy stuff going on and it
left me looking forward to when I can read this trilogy again.
