My Thoughts:
Cole doesn’t feel like he has anything to bring to the table. It’s sad when the man who's in charge feels helpless. The reader will see his vulnerability coming off the page. Adalyn shows that it’s not always the men who are clueless. At times she seemed a little lost. Nico shows how some men can’t show emotions – they feel that they must keep them buried inside.
This is a great book to relax with. Even though there’s some enemy action going on, you will find yourself getting sucked into the story that you might feel part of the pack. If you’ve already stepped into the Aspen Pack world, then this is a great addition. If this is your first book, you won’t feel lost but hopefully it’s an incentive to read what you may have missed.
Our author is great at creating worlds that don’t exist, but you wish that they did. I could see having some great friends. These characters will have you wanting to help them with their fight as well as seeing them get their happily ever after. When the author creates a paranormal storyline, nothing is off limits. Characters may have some of the same feelings we do but theirs is a world built out of the author’s imagination. The only thing that’s going to make my adventure of this book any better is getting an audiobook version. Just imagine having Aiden Snow, Tim Paige, and Kit Swann reading me this supernatural story – I'll be in seventh heaven.
