My Thoughts:

“Hendy” Hendrixson has been through a lot in his service to our country. He let’s us see how happy some of his good
friends are and has you wondering if he will be too. When it’s time for us to listen to his point
of view it’s as if he’s talking directly to the reader. It gives the reader a better sense of what
he’s thinking and feeling.
Presley
Cole will make you laugh – if you see someone in her profession, do you also do
that? The scene will have you laughing
as well. I was lucky the room was empty
when I burst out – had no choice, I just couldn’t hold it in. I was glad to see that she was in Hendy’s
corner. She is someone who looks beyond
the outer shell of a person and wants to get to know what’s on the inside.
Hendy
has a friend named Kane that you’ll want to get to know better. He is great in that he keeps Hendy from
getting too withdrawn. He also imparts
some great words of wisdom. The author
has more of the Out Of Series coming
out but I can’t tell you if one of those stories is about Kane. Will just have to try and be patient, keep my
eyes out, and just wait and see. If you
are a fan of an inspirational military romance, you may want to see what this
book is about. This was a great tribute
to our wounded warriors and vets.
RC Boldt is the wife of Mr. Boldt, a retired Navy Chief, mother of Little Miss Boldt, and former teacher of many students. She currently lives on the southeastern coast of North Carolina, enjoys long walks on the beach, running, reading, people watching, and singing karaoke. If you're in the mood for some killer homemade mojitos, can't recall the lyrics to a particular 80's song, or just need to hang around a nonconformist who will do almost anything for a laugh, she's your girl.
