My Thoughts:
Cash has a score to settle. Keely still has a part of herself missing after all these years. That doesn’t stop her from wanting to chase a dream. There’s a third character to pay attention to. He stands between our two main characters. What are his intentions? There’s a tie in to the first book in the series so make sure you’ve read that first.
The author does a good job creating tension and anxiety for Keely and she lets us know why. Cash on the other hand shows us his cocky side. One thing you’ll learn rather quickly about Keely is that you don’t want to get on her bad side. Cash lets you know early on that he has a bad side as well but is he hiding something?
Another thing the author was good at was being able to create a movie running through my head. With everything that’s currently going on in the world this story was a great distraction. When you turn on a great movie to watch, you may snuggle up in a blanket with your favorite drink of choice and become mesmerized by what’s happening – you will get that here.
Our author has given me a puzzle to figure out. Are these two people the same? I don’t mean their outside persona. We’re always told that its what’s on the inside that counts. Don’t expect any instant answers and that’s what creates a page-turner. You just never know what’s going to happen on the next page, the next chapter. Will the ending surprise you? Will you have figured everything out? Does this story end the way it all began? You’ll have to wait and find out.

Bella Di Corte has been writing romance for seven years, even longer if you count the stories in her head that were never written down, but she didn’t realize how much she enjoyed writing alphas until recently.
