This is an anthology of some great short stories.

The first story is titled Snowed in With Her Cowboy.  In this story, our main characters are having a heated conversation about what else but working too much.  Right away you can tell that a match of wills is going on.  This book seemed like a teaser and I wanted to know if there was another story out there.

The second story is titled Too Much Red at Christmas.  This particular story covers the subject of a woman who likes to shop a little too much.  It just seems to be something in a woman’s DNA.  For some of us it’s an addiction.  But you will just have to read this story to find out what happens.

The third story is titled Love of His Cowgirl.  What I loved about this story was that it starts with some singing.  It made me wish that my e-reader came with sound.  It also shows how they really know how to celebrate the holidays.

The fourth story is titled Cowboys and Their Toys.  It seems that our main couple likes to play games.  The female character seems to be a very impatient person.  Especially when she doesn’t get what she wants.  Got to love your toys.

The fifth story is titled Naughty, Naughty Cowgirl.  This was a story that seems to be about not giving up on your partner.  It’s also about believing in your love for each other.  This makes this story a great holiday read.

Starla’s next story is titled All I Want for Christmas (Biggest Prize Ever).  It’s a story of a woman who loves a bull rider.  But nothing ever comes easy and things will need to change if they have any type of future.

And then Starla ends with A special Gift for Her Cowboy.  This is a story about getting away.  How many of us want to get away with our special someone and just spend some time together.

What I loved about this anthology was that even though it was centered around Christmas, it would translate very well for Valentine’s Day.  It’s also a book that you can read any time of year.  If you are really busy around the holidays and you want your romance fix, this would be a great read.

If you only have a short amount of time, you could read one story at a time.  But because they are short, you could get the book read in just a couple of hours.  It’s a great book to cuddle up in front of a fire with your favorite blanket and your favorite drink.  If you want more of a setting, put on your favorite music – for me Michael Bublé.  For those that love country, who would you choose to listen to?

I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
