About TRIGGER
I was raised by the Devil himself.
Formed into a man that was unreachable.
I went from the boy with bruises
to the man with a trigger.
Killing is the only thing the calms the itch.
The demons inside were a constant battle.
…until she changed everything.
When you spend most of your time
in the dark, is it smart to step into the light?
“Too strong to run, too proud to hide, for this I’ll pay, for this I’ll die.”

My Thoughts:
Trigger would probably describe his world as violent. Be prepared because he shows the reader very graphically how violent it can be. And he shows no remorse. You may also want to be careful of what you eat – in case you get queasy easily. The problem becomes that this is just like a horror movie – you just can’t look away.
Tess has a great friend in Brick. I’m interested to know what his story is. She’s an interesting character. She’s hard to figure out and how she got to this point in time. So much remains a mystery as you continue to follow the story. But you keep reading to see what she will reveal about herself.
These two characters are like an addiction. I have to keep going back for more and I can’t stop. This isn’t a touchy-feely type of story and that just adds to the addiction. It’s in the romance category but you don’t really see a lot of romance here. There’s plenty of sex but it is about an MC after all.
It’s an uncompromising tale of a group of men who give no excuses for their MC lifestyle. Trigger certainly makes no excuses for his behavior but when he’s around Tess he doesn’t seem as menacing. What I loved about the ending was that there was no HEA. It also left me wondering if book two of the series will continue their story or will our author leave us hanging for a while. I couldn’t find any information about the next book in the series so I will just have to hang on by my fingernails until it comes out.
