My Thoughts:
Was sad to see this was the final in the series but looking
forward to where this author will take us next.
Maybe you haven’t had a chance to read all the books in the Moonshine Task Force series yet so this
gives you time to go back and read the books you may have missed.
Caleb “Cruise” Harrison lets us know at the beginning what he
drives. Well, since I’m a car fanatic,
thanks to my dad, I of course had to check it out. He can give me a ride anytime – where we
going and when? Ruby Carson had a night
that ended better than it began. That
beginning was a sad ending for me. I
have enjoyed the men of the Task Force.
But lucky me I still have three of them to get to know. I have yet to binge on a series but when you
get to start with a Renegade what
better way to go out than on a Cruise.
If you haven’t finished reading all the other books, especially Menace, Caleb has connections with the
main characters. So if you want to
understand him and his family, before reading his story take the time and read
Mason’s story first. Cruise is a story where a young man’s
life comes full circle and love is all around.
I felt the ending was very romantic and it left me with a big smile on
my face. But sadly, at least in my copy,
there are no hints from our author – oh well, I love a good surprise.
