I had the pleasure of listening
to this book. It’s a very sexy book and
one you want to make sure to have headphones on should you also have the
pleasure of listening to Aaron Shedlock read the story to you. Just like when you don’t want prying eyes on
what you’re reading, you don’t want big ears interrupting your listening
pleasure. And it was a great way to pass
the time while doing yard work.
I’m not someone who has
read/listened to the series to this point.
But I didn’t feel lost at all and I would go back and listen to the
story again. Or even get the book to
enhance my library. It certainly left me
looking forward to listening to more of this series. And I couldn’t believe that this was a
novella – it certainly didn’t feel that way.
There were times that I felt that
Richard had issues. These issues may
have been addressed in a previous book but I didn’t feel deprived in any way by
not having any references from the rest of the series. Andrea seemed both sweet and innocent and our
narrator does a great job in bringing out her submissive tendencies. But they’ve put a time limit in place. This shows there’s more to this book then
just a sexy tale.
Vanessa is also the author of The Stone Masters Vampire Series. Prior to publishing, Vanessa worked as a registered nurse and midwife. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology. She has traveled extensively throughout the world and has lived in Germany, Hong Kong, and Cyprus.
Born and raised in England, Vanessa now proudly calls herself an American and resides in California with her husband.
