My Thoughts:
Cooper has been offered the chance of a lifetime. But has that life come and gone? Gabby is experiencing her first day as a true adult. But not everything as an adult is easy. Cooper’s life is a testament to that.
Our author does a great job with the sports romance genre. If you follow her, you know she had her readers fall in love with football over the last two years. This time she’s getting us ready for baseball. Especially since opening day is at the end of March.
Don’t make the mistake that this is just about how a girl meets a “boy”. That it’s all hearts and flowers and everything will run smoothly for our couple. I loved their introduction, but I always felt that the author was ready to drop in a roadblock. When I get to the ending, I chuckle and say, “oh no you didn’t”. It’s a book that can be completed in one day because you will find it very hard to put down. I can’t wait for the next book because I need to know where the author is taking this series.
