About LOST FOR YOU:
I've been clean for years. But now my addiction has a face. Her face...At eighteen, I stood at the precipice of stardom. I had the record deal. And the tour to back it up. But I succumbed to the pressure of that life. The dark side.
Now, I skate on the fringe. My brother is the genius guitarist for the band Caged, and I’m the one who helped make that happen. I’m happy to run my bars and my land development company.
Sure I am.
And then I meet her—Taryn Ayers—the music manager behind the three biggest bands in the country. She doesn’t know I’m Cam’s older brother. Or that I’ve got a secret that makes
her world and mine fundamentally incompatible.
Problem is, I want to know Taryn. I crave her as much as any drug.
But can I risk letting her know me?
Lost For You is a STAND ALONE New Adult Romance.
Intended for mature audiences due to hot as sin rockstars and the world they live in.

My Thoughts:
Taryn Ayers is finding it hard to let go of the past. Chase Noble has found some inspiration. I have to be up front and say that I felt
almost lost at the beginning. It was
listed as a standalone but with the bands mentioned here I think I really
needed to start this series at the beginning.
I had to get to around the tenth chapter before I started to feel
comfortable with what I was reading. It
was more enjoyable to read when Chase was around even though he has issues that
he’s trying to deal with. It might be
because of what she’s going through but I felt that Taryn was all over the
place.
Normally when you turn the page it’s because you want to see
what’s going to happen next. It was the
same here but it was because I wanted to know if I would finally understand
what was going on. Just because I didn’t
have a good experience this time doesn’t mean that I won’t go back and read it again.
The next time I would put on some music to help set the mood. Then I would go back and start with book
one. It might just be me but I want to
understand more about the people that this author has created. The sex scenes were hot but a reader can’t
live by that alone. It becomes a tough
read when I can’t see a connection between the main characters and I really
hoped that Chase would have one. But
that disconnect that I felt, even though the right words were said, continued
right through to the Epilogue. By continuing
the series I will be able to see if the disconnect is just between the series
and me or if I’m just not connecting with the author.
I’m an author who hails from Texas (by way of California), currently living in Sin City.
A romantic by nature, I believe in fairytales and happily ever afters. And music. Because the best stories always have a soundtrack.
